Important information before you book! 

Booking Policy: 

  • We require a credit card  on file to secure your appointment.  If you do not have a credit card, a $50 deposit is required to secure the appointment and can be e-transferred to theglowlabhfx@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients must provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations within 48-hours of your appointment will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50, charged to your card on file. 
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment subject to a $50 missed appointment fee, and you will have to reschedule. If you are running late to your appointment, please let us know. 
  • No shows will not be tolerated. No shows will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee in addition to the $50 late-cancellation fee ($100 total). 
  • There are no refunds on any services.

General Information:

  • Clients are permitted to have one adult accompany them to their appointment. No children please. 
  • In most cases, the consultation with the Nurse Practitioner and dosing is done at the time of the appointment.
  • If you have previous filler that is either migrated or from an unlicensed injector, I cannot treat you without dissolving the old product first. Please book a free consultation if this applies to you.
